Track is really the greatest! This weekend I attended my first meet of the year in Moab. I ran the 100 and 300 hurdles, the 4X100 and the 4X400 relay. I didn't do as well as i planned but it was still great and i now know what i need to improve on. here are some great action shots that Mike and Larissa took for me and also some of the bus trip.
